Absentee Owners
The Forest Oaks at Wexford Board would like to clarify that an Absentee owner (an owner who rents their unit) forfeits their right to use the Pool and the Clubhouse.
Alterations
As a reminder, any outside change to the units require an alteration request form and approval from the Board of Directors. Please use the form below and email when complete with supporting documents to INFO@cranberrypm.com. Requests are reviewed at the monthly meeting.
Pet Reminder
As a reminder to all pet owners: Please pick up any waste from your pets while they are outside. Leaving your pets' waste in Common Area, someone else's yard, or your own is a violation of the Rules and Regulations. It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard. Remember - kids play on the grass!
Pets must also be on a leash when outside. They are not permitted to run loose.
